I am having the same issue.
Then, unfortunately, you need to follow the above instructions to get it going again.
I went out and purchased a keyboard , so that I could attempt to unbrick my Nucleus. The whole reason I spent the extra money for the Nucleus was that it was being advertised as a plug and play solution, and it is turning out to be far from that type of experience. I am stuck with the exact same screen as Jerry , and others with no result. Please offer a better solution or exchange the nonfunctioning Nucleus for a unit that works as advertised.

Issue resolved. I was able to get the USB drive to flash properly.
