Setting up a new Nulceus. Backed up existing Roon Core per instructions with usb hard drive. Go to setup new Nucleus and instead of logging in I went to Restore per instructions. Navigated to folder and get message that ‘no back ups found’. I can see the back up folder in the file tree, why won’t it recognize the file? Thanks
When you flag @support, it must be in the body of the message. Not the title.
Make sure you upgrade your Nucleus through the web portal before restoring from a backup.
