What is interesting is that after the latest update the Nucleus did restart and boot up, then by the next day it disconnected from the network. After reading some of the most recent comments it there a potential issue with the update? Or it could just be coincidental. Regardless, my unit is within the 2 year warranty period. Can someone advise me of the next steps as to getting the unit sent in for diagnosis/repair.

Can someone from support please tell me how I can arrange to send my unit in for repair? I frankly don’t understand why this process should be so difficult and why it should be part of a public forum. I have sent in 2 requests via the Store with no response. I have had no response to my earlier requests in this theard. Why there is not a designated path/process for sevice issues is troubling.
