Nucleus stop working?

Nucleus has been working for 1 year, but now is not discoverable by app??? We tried rebooting, nothing.

  • It was working for a year perfectly. Now it doesn’t open up on the app??? We’ve rebooted Nucleus +, Eero, and Lumin. Lumin works fine on its own.

@john_cento, which device is not seeing the Nucleus Plus Core? Can you connect to your Nucleus Plus by typing its IP address or http://nucleusplus or http://nucleusplus.local in a web browser?

And please connect a monitor to the Nucleus, see if it shows any error on screen.

You will need to connect the Nucleus to a monitor via the HDMI output to see what is going on. I just went through this and for my Nucleus, the M.2 SSD boot drive failed. The replacement was only $22 from Amazon. It took quite a bit of research to get it back up and running but was successful in the end. The instructions in the Roon support database will almost get you there. There are a few details that are missed or not clearly defined.
