Nucleus+ stopped working

My Nucleus + (rev B) is no longer visible on my network and no video display possible. No changes to network, all other devices function correctly - it appears to be a hardware problem.

Based on other posts I’ve read, it seems it will need to be replaced.
I purchased the unit directly from Roon, end of July 2022, ser # 54B203948760.

Please provide details of your return center so that it can be returned for repair. or replaced.

I am not sure what you mean “to see it online”. Remote access?

It was disconnected and powered off, I disconnected it from my router and was connecting it to my other nodes to see if it would become visible.

I connected it now.
