Nucleus v.1.6 cannot connect due to update requirement (ref#UQU98O)

Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon app in the taskbar or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

Please try to restart your network setup by unplugging, waiting 30 seconds and then replugging in your networking gear.

Have you checked your firewall settings to ensure that Roon is allowed through?

Sometimes the issues can be resolved with a reinstall of your Roon Remote app. Let's try to perform a reinstall and see if it helps.

I can see the nucleus v.1.6 need update require and green circule when pushing connect button, it can't load roon with "waiting to roon server"

What do you see when you access the Nucleus web administration page?

Roon 1.6 predates even the current unsupported legacy version of Roon. We’ll need to update this Nucleus to more recent firmware if you intent to use it as your primary RoonServer instance.

Hi Connor thank you for your replay, its the first time that i connect this new unit. (from 2022) how can i update the firmware please ?

Click the “Reinstall” button on the Web Administration page, that might do it… If not, you’ll have to wait until @connor can arrange something remotely.
