My almost one year old Roon Nucleus stopped working and does not show up on the Roon app or in any network settings. I tested the networking hardware, and everything works fine so it is an issue with the Nucleus.
I hooked up a monitor to the nucleus and booted it. I get the Roon splash screen for a few minutes and then then the message no bootable media found. Sounds like the bootable drive died.
Please let me know what to do to get this repaired
Is there anyone at Roon who can help with this?
