After a quick power outage this morning the unit will not turn on. I have removed it from the rack and tried it in a different outlet. Light does not come on when I push the power button.
Unit was plugged into a PS Audio Quintet, which immediately handled the shutoff. No other items were affected.Possible it is the wall wart power supply?
Do you still have the original Nucleus power supply and can you check to see what the behavior is with that connected? If you try to plug in the HDMI output from the Nucleus to a TV/Monitor, is there anything displayed? When was the Nucleus purchased, less than 2 years ago?
Turns out the power outage affected my PS Audio Quintet, where 3 of the outlets were non-functioning. One of them was the individual outlet that the Nucleus was plugged into. Everything else worked, because those items were plugged into different outlets. After a little troubleshooting, it turns out that the Nucleus is fine, and the power strip needs some attention😊
