Thanks for writing in! You’ll need to update all your Roon devices to the latest version of Roon in order access nugs.

Our diagnostic servers show at least one Remote is now on the latest build, but another remote might still be on a previous version of Roon.
We’re not able to ascertain whether your Roon Server has been updated, as the device appears to be offline.
At your convenience, please check the Settings → About screen in Roon to ensure your server is updated to build 1641 and let us know if you then have the Nugs integration.
