Little update here. I’ve been going this through with Eric now so it’s been quiet here.
Anyway, since last update here, Fidelizer was updated to version 7.8 with some further Win10 improvements, Roon has been updated to build 242 and I also completely re-installed Roon on my PC and restored it from the backup. This was btw, an easy and suprisingly quick procedure. Good to know that backups work flawlessly if something actually goes wrong. I’ve been using WASAPI output with default 100ms buffer. Fidelizer only mentioned here, it shouldn’t have anything to do with this since the dropouts also happened without it.
Anyway, now for almost two weeks there hasn’t been a single dropout. Let’s hope it’s finally over, at least it’s super rare now.
