Description of Issue

Tidal has streamed from day one of the trial but Qobuz has never worked. I verified the login is correct and I can go directly to the Qobuz app and login and stream fine. The only difference is Roon going to HQplayers. I get the error that says too many errors - Playback stopped.

Hey @Paul_Wilcox1,

Thank you for getting in touch, and welcome to Community! We’re happy to have you but sorry to see that it was an issue that prompted your first post. We’d be happy to help figure this out!

In checking your system diagnostics it looks like your Qobuz account hasn’t actually synced with Roon. Please go to Settings>Services>Qobuz>Edit and log out. Then restart your router and Core then log back into Qobuz.

Please let us know if this works. Thanks!

Jamie, I finally figured out this was just a login issue. Thanks for your suggestion. You can close this out.
