Operating Roon on Android 1 phones

My Android 1 phone can not access Roon since last upgrade! Am I doing something wrong or will a patch be used to fix this? Regards Roy

Hello @roy_lewis, and welcome to the community! I’d like, to know more about the issue you’re experiencing. Is your device having trouble connecting to the core, or is this a different issue?

Remote connection will not connect to remote core. This only happens with a nokia android one. Our samsung tablet and phones still connect. This problem has only occured since the last three updates. Thanks

Hey @roy_lewis, what version of Android are these devices running? If you attempt to connect to the core with them, after about 60 seconds you should see a “help” option on the screen. If you tap there, it should give you the option to enter the IP address of the core. If you enter 255.255.255.255 there are you able to connect?
