Based on the information from our internal systems, your payment was successful and your license is active.
Could you please restart your Roon Server to refresh the session?
- Right-click the Roon icon in the system tray (near the clock in the top-right corner).
- Select Exit.
- Then launch Roon again from the Dock/Applications folder.
Please let us know if this resolves the issue.
