Permanent spinning “Scanner wheel”. never finished scanning.
I have cleaned up all “skipped files”. i have cleaned up all “corrupt” files. Still the wheel keeps spinning.
Do the numbers of imported and scanned files ever change?
How long has this been occuring?
Is it a fresh restore so it’s still analyzing your library contents perhaps?

On every restart it takes some hours but stucks everytime at 162279 files scanned

Yes, its a complete fresh one. As the count of scanned files dont move from 162279 i dont think its just analyzing…
What are your library settings?
Which one of the massive settings? Import Settings have already 30 to 50 options. Do you want to know some special settings which could have influence? actually i have not changed anything from standard settings.

I think we will now need some more system info to help further.
What is the ram size in the qnap?
With what you are describing it almost sounds like it might be running out of memory while trying to import and scan your library.

I think RAM Memory should be sufficient. is it possible, that i have to set anything in the NAS because of Memory?
