Curious. I have this double album in its earlier Philips manifestation- and exactly the same thing. No sign of Disc 2.
Hello @Paul_Graber, Roon supports importing multi-disc sets, but this does require your folder structure to be set up a certain way. We have an article here detailing how you’ll want things set up. Let me know if you have any questions!

Using the link from Nuwriy, I have managed to fix my problem by re-naming tracks on disc 2 of the Decca set and then merging the two files. The same process should solve Paul’s issue.
