Play Dead bundle missing from Roon with Nugs account (ref#CLPXPP)

Play Dead Nugs App add-on integration

Didn’t see this posted yet, but please add the integration so that Nugs subscribers with the Play Dead app are able to play the unique content from the PD app. The shows which are currently unique to the Play Dead app appear up in the Roon interface, but error out when I choose to play them. (I have current subscriptions to high res Nugs, Play Dead, and Roon). [IMG_1662] [IMG_1661] [IMG_1660]

Thanks for reaching out for our support.

As @Suedkiez noted, the current implementation of nugs has a few limitations.

Here is why your Play Dead bundle might be missing:

• "Shows Only" Scope: For the current release, Roon is focused exclusively on the "Shows" category from the nugs catalog.
• Albums & Bundles: Any content classified as an "Album" on nugs is currently out of scope and might not appear in Roon. If the Play Dead bundle tracks are categorized as albums rather than live shows, they likely won't be visible.
• No Library Integration: Nugs content in current implementation is "browse-only," meaning these shows cannot be added to your local Roon library or personal collections yet.
• Playlist Limitations: The integration does not yet support the browsing or importing of nugs playlists, which often includes specific bundles or curated collections.

You can still find live content by checking the "Shows" tab on the Artist page or visiting the dedicated nugs landing page from the sidebar.

For now, you’ll need to use the native nugs app to access the specific Play Dead bundle content.
