Play progress graphics doesn't render correctly

Dell XPS15 laptop with 4k screen, Windows scaling 250% (may be relevant)

Description Of Issue

Graphics of sound wave is stretched beyond the screen. Progress different than red cursor. As in attached image

Lower the scaling to 200 and see if it changes the waveform length

it did. Any standard scaling below 250% seems to render waveform correctly.
