Describe the issue

My Naim Muso QB version 1 is suffering from the already identified issue that playback through Roon is not possible because of the change in protocol from Airplay 1 to Airplay 2. I can't implement the suggested workaround as I don't have an Apple HomePod. Please could this issue be fixed / an alternate workaround be proposed.

Describe your network setup

Wifi from Technicolour DWA0120 router.

The suggested workaround is to 1) enable the AirPlay compatibility mode for the device in Roon and 2) add the Mu-So as a speaker to the Apple Home app - I don’t think you need a HomePod for this. You do need a Mac, iPhone, or iPad with the Home app, though.
