Playback issue with Qobuz track "She's in My Shoe" by Theo Katzman (ref#XA9210)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

Tell us what's going on

· Dear Roon Support Team,

I am experiencing a persistent playback issue with one specific Qobuz track in Roon and would appreciate your assistance in identifying the cause.

Affected track:

* Artist: Theo Katzman
* Album: Live from the Other Side
* Track: She’s in My Shoe (Live in London)
* Streaming service: Qobuz

Problem description:

Whenever I try to play this track in Roon, playback is skipped automatically with an error message indicating that the track could not be loaded or is unavailable.

Interestingly, all other tracks on the same album play perfectly in Roon.

Even more importantly, the affected track plays without any issues directly in the Qobuz app.

My Roon setup:

* Roon Server: Roon Nucleus One
* Streaming service: Qobuz
* Network player: AURALiC Aries G1.1 (Roon Ready)
* Network connection: Ethernet

Troubleshooting already performed:

* Searched for the track again directly through Roon’s Qobuz integration.
* Synchronized Qobuz with Roon.
* Tried accessing the track independently of the album stored in my Roon library.
* Confirmed that the track plays correctly in the native Qobuz app.

Unfortunately, the problem persists.

Since all other tracks work correctly, I suspect a track-specific issue with Roon’s Qobuz integration, metadata mapping, or streaming URL.

Could you please investigate the following?

1. Is there a known issue with this particular track or album in Roon?
2. Could there be an incorrect or outdated Qobuz track reference in Roon’s database?
3. Can you check the server logs or playback diagnostics to identify why Roon is skipping this specific track?
4. Is there a way to refresh or repair the track mapping without rebuilding my Roon library?

I would appreciate your assistance in identifying the underlying cause and resolving this issue.

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,
Heinz Schuberth

Tell us about your home network

· My Roon Nucleus One is connected to my home network via Ethernet. My AURALiC Aries G1.1 is also connected via Ethernet and operates as a Roon Ready endpoint.

My network setup works reliably, and all other Qobuz tracks stream without any issues.

The problem affects only one specific track by Theo Katzman, which plays correctly in the native Qobuz app but consistently fails in Roon.

I therefore suspect a track-specific issue with Roon’s Qobuz integration rather than a general network problem.

Router and switch models can be provided if required.

Just to chime in, that track is not playable by me (USA Qobuz) either through Roon OR through the Qobuz desktop app.

Thanks for the report @Heinz_Schuberth , I can reproduce this behavior on my end, and the track appears to be working in the Qobuz app on my end. I’ve informed the team and will let you know the next steps, or if we need anything else once we hear back, thank you.
