Hi @greg_easley,
Thanks for writing in to ask us about this issue. I think the next step here is to enable some diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here.

However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.

First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.

Thanks. I just did a clean install of Roon and ran through some music. Qobuz and Radio Paradise (streaming radio) both worked. Library files also played.

Very strange – I spent two days trying to get everything to work, and I’m not sure what changed.

Do you see anything in the logs that might explain this?

There nothing immediately obvious in your logs. Unfortunately when things work properly there isn’t much getting logged related to why. However a clean install often does solve problems like this for good. I’ll leave this thread open for now. If the problem returns let us know the date and time here and then we should be able to track down the problem. Hopefully your Roon will remain in a usable state though.

Thanks again! So far so good. I’m glad this magically resolved as I was considering buying some new hardware…
