· Logging out and back in had no impact, the issue remains

· Nuprime network switch to computer to audio gd to cayin power amp

When I play ,it run 30sec and skip to next song and play 30sec and play next song continuously

This sounds like Roon does not recognize Tidal as being logged in correctly, 30 seconds are trial snips.
Check your credentials and log out of Tidal inside of Roon and back in again.
