Playback stopped with 'Too Many Errors' message on certain files (ref#HH8EYU)

What’s happening?

· My library isn’t working correctly (local/streaming, importing, or storage access)

Describe the issue

When I ttry and play files that have previously worked, I now get a "Too Many Errors Playback stopped message" Some files play back fine. The problem files just switch from song to song until there are none left to play

Describe your network setup

Home network is TPlink omada ethernet system. Everything is new, a lightening strike blew out the switches and router several months ago These have been replaced and It all works.

I think the next step here is to enable some diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here.

However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.

First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.
