Is your Nucleus hooked up to your primary router, or to one of the satellites? I’d highly suggest setting your Nucleus up with a direct ethernet connection to your primary router to see if the same issues persist.
Which remote device were you using when you encountered this issue? From your account it looks like you have a Mac you’re using, have you checked the firewall permissions on the machine? Here’s more info on how to set Roon as a proper exception:
Thanks for confirming. We’ve activated diagnostics mode for your account and looking over the logging, it looks like you have quite a few network errors contained in the logs. I would advise trying to connect the Nucleus to the main router via an unmanaged switch.
Also, we have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS. Can you please give these suggestions a try and let me know if it helps?
