Describe your network setup

Connected to optimum Wi-Fi

Here is a screenshot. The blue dash on the timeline cycles back and forth from beginning to end quickly.

@johnlownik ,

Try temporarily shutting down your Roon remotes and try rebooting your Nucleus.

I close the room app and rebooted the nucleus one. It did help but after about 20 minutes the same problem returned

This is a screenshot of the path. It seems like somehow chord Poly isn’t finding the network. The only thing showing on the path is the court poly.

@johnlownik ,

Would it be possible to reboot your router as well to see if that improves the situation?

Thanks for your first album/sample above I’m currently enjoying listening to it.

Rebooted the router. It did not help. Started “cycling” after about 5 minutes of playing properly. This is a screenshot of the audio path when it’s playing properly.

Sorry @johnlownik , I’m out of ideas unless someone else from the community can assist you may have to wait until official support arrives on Monday.

@johnlownik ,

One thing odd that I noticed is you have an unnamed endpoint? I’ve observed strange behavior when that occurs you may wish to name it then restart the server

Hey @johnlownik,

Thanks for writing in!

A few additional thoughts:

  1. Does this happen no matter the endpoint you use? Can you reproduce the issue using the system output from your windows machine?
  2. From your windows, can you review your firewall settings, and ensure Roon is listed as a proper exception? Here’s more info:

Are you able to set up a hardwire connection within your Roon Server as well?

Thanks! :raised_hands:

I just wanted to let you know I took Singleton’s advice rebooted by router rebooted roon and gave a name to my endpoint. It’s been working great ever since! THANK YOU ALL
