Hi @mikej1960,
Thanks for writing in to ask about this issue. I think the next step here is to enable some diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here.

However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.

First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.

Don’t let me divert you from @daniel 's request - but does the TV have the same IP address as the node? Are you using fixed IP for anything?

At 10:30 am Saturday the 24th playing Cat Steven’s Tea for thr Tillerman

I HAVE Tidal on the Nuc and when playing it there’s no issue. Just when playing Roon. I can recreate it anytime with Tea for the Tillerman 96 khz

ON the NUC? Or do you mean Node?

I figured out the problem after messing around with different things. Turns out that I have problems with the power bar in which I have multiple stereo devices hooked into it. Plugged it inthe wall socket an that’s the problem

Problem isn’t fixed started doing it again . 96kwz and above stopping and starting during playback

Hi @mikej1960,

As a another test, could you get a more basic audio chain setup temporarily? Get a direct ethernet connection to your Windows machine running Roon Server, and see if you can then hardwire the node directly to the windows, and your router. Then, see if you can reproduce the issue.

Where do the 96k files live? Are they all local files in your library? Can you confirm the watched folder is still successfully synced and being watched? Can you play the same file format from other sources, or outside of Roon?

I have bought a different Node with Hdmi I’m hoping this solves the problem , Mike

Hi @mikej1960,
Did the new Node work for you?

Yes the new Node solved the problem
