As the screenshot told, Roon played the 48kHz album in 44.1kHz.
What is your Tidal streaming plan?
If it is just hifi then yes 44.1 is all you will get.

I did not know TIDAL omitted the plan that I had signed up for…
I newly subscribed for HiFi Plus plan
and now Hi-Res playback with TIDAL is working.
