Player refuses to switch to Roon

My server is an iMac (2017) running Monterey OS 12.4. My music streaming is over WIFI to a Naim Uniti Atom and/or a Naim Muso Qb. My streaming services are Roon, Tidal, Apple Music and BBC Sounds. Very frequently when I switch from one of the other services back to Roon the players will drop out completely or give me a message saying ‘output device refused to switch to Roon’. The only way to return service is to reboot which involves disconnecting the power supply as there is no on/off switch.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Specify what devices you’re using and their connection types, like USB/HDMI/Chromecast, etc.)

Number of Tracks in Library

Tell us how large your music library is, eg. “30,000 tracks”
