Description of Issue

I am new to Roon. Despite playing files (and Tidal and Qobuz) that I know to be hirez and MQA, everything plays back as 16/44. Help!!

Welcome to the forum. What’s the device settings? Go to Settings > Audio and click the gearwheel for the device in question.

Plus ensure that for Qobuz and Tidal you chose the appropriate resolution in Settings > Services
