To clarify, are these playlists created in Roon or through streaming services (TIDAL/Qobuz/KKBOX)? What exactly changed after the update, did you reset the database? Do you by any chance have any backups made of the previous Roon database? Restoring a backup would be the best way to get them back.
Playlists exist at the level of your Roon database and can’t simply disappear with an update unless there’s been a fundamental corruption event or some other serious problem with your library.
Given that we don’t have widespread reports of playlists disappearing after udpate, we’ll need a little more information in order to pin down what’s wrong in this particular case. In the context of your other thread, in which ARC simply displayed no visible server, it seems there’s something wrong with this server installation itself.
Can you please share a screenshot of what you see within Roon on the home page?
Where are you currently hosting Roon Server (the machine and operating system)?
This thread has been reopened as per your request. Can you please let us know of any updates you have to share? Are you able to share a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Let us know when you can and we’ll continue from there, thanks!
