Please help with Roon Nucleus

Hi there! I can see my Roon Nucleus both in my PC (connected via Ethernet) as well as in my iPhone (via WiFi) but when I launch the Roon application it won’t connect to the Roon Nucleus. Can you pls help? Thanks. Franco

Can you post a screenshot of what you see?

I’ve posted a picture. Can’t connect. Can you pls help? Thanks.

Just to be sure: if you click the Connect button on the phone in your second screenshot, then you see the Roon interface and everything works normally?

I am aware that your main problem is on the PC but I want to be sure that your phone doesn’t just „see“ the Nucleus but that you can actually connect and it works.

I can see the Nucleus both on my iPhone and my PC but in either case when I click the Connect button it does not connect.

I see. Did this work previously and just stopped or is it a new installation? If it worked previously, did anything change in the network?

It worked fine for one year. No changes to the network.

I wonder if the mobile remotes are just showing something that they have cached from before

Are all lights on the Nucleus showing as usual?
If yes, can you connect a monitor or TV by HDMI to the Nucleus? If so, do this and turn on the Nucleus. Any diagnostic messages to be seen?

Can I connect a PC via HDMI?

A PC monitor, not the PC

Another question before you drag boxes around: Can you connect on the PC in a browser by going to http://nucleus or http://nucleus.local ?

I can connect. What should I do?

It says OK everywhere. Why doesn’t it connect?

Ok, so the Nucleus is alive, good. Don’t need to do the HDMI thing, then.

Please post a screenshot of the http page from the browser

Thanks. There seems to be a problem here: 0% of the database disk are available, i.e., it’s full.

How many tracks are in your Roon library?

Did you somehow save something on this disk?

Only some stuff. What should I do?

What stuff??? The first internal SSD is only for Roon and its database. Updating the Nucleus would blow away anything you stored there.

I see. Should I move the files out of it? What precisely should I do? What is the folder?
