The ultraRendu is connected to the netgear switch, issue still present.

Then next thing to look at is if the network interface on your PC supports flow control and has it enabled. You could go to Control Panel / Device Manager, look up the network interface, right-click and select Properties. Then in the driver settings tab check if there’s an item called “flow control” or “802.3x” and what is it’s setting status.

Here are the other setting available in case there are others that may be having an impact.
