Describe the issue
Thank you for reaching out. Looking at your account, your 432OS server is running Roon 2.67 production and appears to be online.
The “Prêt à switcher?” (Ready to Switch?) screen typically appears when Roon detects another active Roon Server on your account. Could you please tell us:
Do you have another Roon Server running somewhere, for example on your Mac?
What were you doing just before this screen appeared?
This will help us understand what step you are stuck on and guide you through it.
Just checking in on this. Have you had a chance to look for another active Roon Server on your account, for example on your Mac, and to note what you were doing right before the “Prêt à switcher?” screen appeared? That detail should help us narrow down why Roon is asking you to switch servers. Please send us any updates when you can, thanks.
