Primare NK5 MK2 randomly skips tracks with an error of "failed to setup endpoint"

Networking Gear & Setup Details

Eero mash network with 2 Pro units hardwired (on two floors).
The main gateway unit is on the second floor.
The second Pro unit is on the first floor on the other end of a long house.
The two units are hardwired, each with a gigabit unmanaged switch from Netgear.
Roon ROCK and NAS (Sinology) are wired to the main gateway via the switch.
The Primary NK5 is wired to second Eero Pro unit via another switch.

90K tracks with 10K albums on NAS
TIDAL

Description of Issue

It works great. But, randomly, NK5 skips an entire album (both TIDAL and NAS). It happens randomly. Typically, after I listen to several albums switching between sources and file types, I think. It happens with tracks that I just played with no problem earlier on the same day!

Below is the log of the error for the track that it skips.

Any suggestions?
It seems to go away if I reboot NK5. Rebooting ROCK or NAS do not seem to work.
