Problem Communicating with Qobuz only in Arc [Investigating]

Hi All,

We have traced the problem to errors coming from Qobuz’s API. We have contacted Qobuz with a clear description of the issue and are waiting for their response.

In the meantime, we are continuing to investigate. Some of us experienced issues, but they seem to have resolved themselves. It may be worth trying again periodically.

We will update this thread if we receive any further information or progress from Qobuz.

It seems like Qobuz is working through Arc again. It also seems that the Qobuz pages in the main client are loading now as well.

Our current working theory is that Qobuz suddenly blacklisted access from some of our servers. We don’t know why, but usually when this happens it is a mistake in an automated system.

We have implemented a workaround while waiting for Qobuz to get back to us. At the moment, we are no longer seeing errors, but we will continue to monitor.

If you were impacted by this, now is a good time to try again and see if things are working.
