I just bought a new Merging DAC with Roon installed, but am unable to login to Tidal. I am able to login to Tidal directly from my computer but not able to login to Tidal from the Roon app on my iPad. I have tried to turn off the DAC and switch it back on again but I still get the message “Network Error: Please check your connection”.
I see that a few others have had the same problem and the advice appears to be to “restart the Roon core”. In my case I am assuming that the Roon core is my DAC and I have turned this off and then back on, but this doesn’t solve the problem.
