Problem Tidal logging in incorrect message

Roon is telling me that I’m not logged into Tidal. When I go into settings and log into Tidal, once I go back to Roon it is still telling me I’m not logged in.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble signing into TIDAL. We’d be happy to help.

Please start with a simple reboot of your Core and Router, power down, unplug them, wait a few minutes, plug in, power up and then try. That will typically help.

After doing this please go to Settings>Services>TIDAL in Roon and check to see if you’re still logged in to your TIDAL account.

If everything looks good there then go directly to the TIDAL website to see if you have trouble logging into your account with the same credentials you used to log into TIDAL in Roon. If you’re successful then check to see if there are any issues with your account - like an expired payment type or account.
