probably not news that Roon doesn’t handle singles very well, but i have a specific problem with a single i downloaded. It does not get associated with the single that is on tidal.
as you can see in the screenshot, the Lizzy McAlpine single ‘doomsday’ that i downloaded from a legitimate for pay site is seen as separate from/unrelated to the same single in tidal. this seems to happen a lot.
further, i am only able to find the single that i downloaded if i search for the track title. searching by the artist does not lead to my version of the single.
the single is placed in a folder of its own. i have checked the metatags on the single, and there is nothing there that is suspect.
