Yesterday or the day before when I opened Roon, it showed close to 33,000 albums. When I went to update the library, I believe it did an update first. I checked on the additions update and at first it showed 3304 albums, then it showed around 31,000 plus albums, then it went to a lower number around 2,000 albums less.
I have been running Roon for two days now and it still only shows 30,849 for hours.
Thanks for reply. I honestly don’t know if the number of tracks has changed. Right now it shows 335,095 tracks. the album count keeps changing . I suppose I can keep an eye to see if the track amount changies. I don’t have many multi CD sets though, mostly artists with multiple CDs.
Your Core hasn’t been seen by our servers in several weeks, so more granular diagnostics are unavailable. However, from what we can tell, there are roughly 31,000 albums in your library
Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, please turn on your Core machine so reports can reach our servers. Additionally, I’d verify any externally-connected hardwire storage is properly mounted to the Core, and any network storage is similarly accessible. Additionally, you can navigate to Settings → Library → Clean Up Library to open a dialog box showing any deleted tracks that are still in your Library. This might illuminate if you have a chunk of deleted music somewhere.
Hi, U\unfortunately, the power adapter for my Drobo storage system failed. I am waiting to receive a new adapter shortly and that will fix that problem(I hope).
Also, I am switching over from a desktop PC to a laptop. Can I install my Roon on the laptop before I delete it from the PC?
Thanks
Hi again. My storage is now fine and accessible.
Question 1: you mentioned trying to Clean Library. Is that safe and what exactly would it do?
Question 2: Can I install the Roon app on my new laptoo while keeping on my PC briefly?
Thank you.
