Problem with ROON ARC following recent update

I am running ROON Core are on my windows PC Intel(R) Core™ i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz with 32GB RAM.
I have the ROON ARC App installed on both my iPhone and iPad both running IOS 16.3
Since the last update I am getting the poor connection try again message. I have checked the configuration of ROON ARC on my Core and it is set up correctly as is the port forwarding in my router.
I have reset the app on my iPhone and now when I log in I get a message No Roon Cores found.
I have not reset on my iPad as at least my core is recognised even though it won’t connect.
Please advise how I can get ARC working again
