Have you successfully located and enabled the UPnP or NAT-PMP settings in your router's web UI?

· UPnP is not listed in my router settings

Thanks for reaching out.

To clarify, UPnP is primarily used by Roon to automatically configure your network for Roon ARC. It is not required for standard Roon playback within your home.

If your router does not support UPnP, or if you prefer not to use it, you can configure the connection manually by setting up a Port Forwarding rule.
