Description of Issue

Hello,
I’m having trouble using Roon from my Android phone and Apple Ipad.
From my Windows 10 computer it works fine.
I have also tested using WiFi from this computer and it works well.
I have installed Roon Core on another Windows 11 computer.
On my phone and iPad, Roon finds my Roon Core.
But then it can not connect to Roon Core.
I listen with Mission LX Connect which is Roon adapted.
I am very grateful for all the tips that can solve this.
Sincerely, Fredrik

Have you added roon to the windows firewall?

Hey @Fredrik_Andersson2 just checking in to see if were able to try @ged_hickman1’s suggestion?

Since you are using a Windows PC, I would verify that both Roon.exe and RAATServer.exe have been added as exceptions to your Windows firewall.

You can use these instructions to add the exceptions and the executables themselves would be located in your Database Location/Application folder path.

I would also add these exceptions to any Antivirus or other Firewall blocking applications you may have and ensure that you connected to your network via a Private network, not a Public one, see this guide for more information.
