Hi @PINO_MOSCHETTA,

This error typically means that there is an issue between your graphics driver and OpenGL, which is required to run Roon.

Try updating your graphics driver as a first step. If you’re still having issues, uninstall the graphics driver completely and then re-download it directly from the manufacturer’s site and that will typically get things running.

If you’re still having trouble beyond that give us a bit more information about the GPU / graphics driver in use.

Thanks!

solved the problem with the graphics, butv after a normal start, Roon stopped working. I have tried both the 64 Bit and 32 Bit versions. The problem always remains the same

OS used is Windows 10 Enterprise N 2016 LTSB. for a correct execution does Ronn require specific windows services that work in the background?
For a better sonic quality I have deactivated some. Can this create any problems?

Hi @PINO_MOSCHETTA,

Is this exactly the same error message as before? Or are you seeing a different error when Roon stops now? Can you share a screenshot?

The error message is different now.

here is the screenshots about Roon’s error and the PC configuration details.
