Profiles not working on PC’s and. Android Tablet

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

PC running Windows 10/ Roon 1.7 (Build 511) on all PC’s tablets

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Ubiquity router Wi-Fi network.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

PC’s hardwired to network; iPad connected via Wi-Fi; Android connected via Wi-Fi.

Description Of Issue

On iPad I can pick a profile (user1) and Artists/Albums and I get the artists for that user1 - Artist totals 67/ Album totals 61. With User2 I get Artist/Album totals of 7/20.

However, when I check this using either of my PC’s or Android tablet I get Artists total do 775 (my total collection) and Album totals of 1819 (my total collection).

Do I have something set up wrong on my PC’s and Android versus my iPad?

Hi @John_Jennings, and welcome to the forum.

This is what I would expect.

While PC and Android seem to work as expected, the differing numbers on the iPad look wrong. Does a restart of the iPad change anything? Can you share screenshots of what you are seeing on the different remotes?

I got it. The heart button wasn’t clicked to show favorites except on the iPad.
