Describe the issue

I've got a PS Audio Sprout, the older version, serial number SP2-B2-910722. I know I used to play roon on my Windows 11 machine via usb and this sprout, but it hasn't shown up in the Settings > Audio for quite some time.

Thanks for taking the time to write in! The first thing to try, would be to download the USB windows bundle over on the PS audio site and see if that helps. Here’s the link:

Thanks for getting back. I’m pretty sure I have the v1.0 of the audio driver, that I installed already.

So that “B2” in there.

I tried “forcing” the driver update, but it seems to be happy with it’s default Windows driver.

Can you use the device outside of Roon without issues? With that, have you reached out to PS Audio support directly?

Started working. Sorry I don’t have a smoking gun here. I think the Windows drivers in conjuction with restarting both the windows machine AND the backend server made the difference. Along with all the updates too of course.
