I’ll send you a private message with a .qpkg file in a moment. Could you uninstall the current RioonServer QPKG and try to install that one?

What do you think the best install practice on QNAP is? Through app center? or ?
Do I delete all Roon folders on QNAP too?
I used the QNAP App Center before to uninstall and install apps. To be honest, I did not even know that apps could also be installed at HybridDesk (probably because I never used it… 
)
You just need to uninstall RoonServer in the AppCenter. Leave everything else as it is and install the one, from the link in the pm. Even though I don’t think the modified qpkg will solve the issue, it might give us a clue what’s wrong.
If there is an issue with the download process, it will report it and abort the installation.
But I am currently quite confident that we can sort this out.
I tried to download to desktop with Chrome on both a Mac and HP machines and through QNAP download center. All failed.
