You need the I686 ffmpeg version.

This is bad advice – i686 denotes a 32-bit architecture. Amd64 is 64-bit. From the instructions linked above:

Make sure to download it for the correct cpu architecture. In case of Roon Server on QNAP, it should be amd64.
