QNAP firmware update caused server to stop and won't restart (ref#KJ4AN3)

· I just had a firmware update on QNAP. Server is stopped and cannot be started. Tried to reinstall but that did not work. Is there a list of steps I need to try?

The Roon Server package no longer works, please switch to the official Docker image to run Roon Server on your NAS. See also:

You’re essentially going to need to create a new RoonServer instance as an application in Container Station, connect your Roon Remotes to that server, and then restore a Backup.

Our diagnostic servers don’t yet show a container-hosted QNAP server associated with your account, so we assume you might still need some support here.

Can you please share where you’re stuck in the help center article above, or any relevant screenshots?
