QNAP - Stuck on "Initializing"

I have updated the app but the build on my QNAP still says 850. Stays at initializing. Frustrating

Got 880 but no change :frowning_face_with_open_mouth:

Still just saying initialising unfortunately

Hi @Ian_Steele1 ,

Do you by any chance have any backups of your Roon database? You can try to uninstall and reinstall RoonServer on the QNAP and then restore from a backup. Does that help solve the issue? Let us know!

I was finally able to connect.
Had to reinstall, update, reboot.
Who knows what was wrong but it’s up and running.
