Qobuz 24/96 playing as 16/44

Clearly their support is not as good as what we have here but how hard is it to reply to a single email especially when they made me a beta tester? Such an email could say we got your response and we’re working on it. However I have not received that response from them

Guys I’ve observed exact same issue where I’ve purchased 24 bit albums from qobuz since 1.6 went live and 1.6 interprets them as 16 bit
If I get a few mins another time to reference the exact cases and include screenshots I’ll do that

Also to say my a&k correctly plays those exact same files as 24 bit

So is roon actually playing the file incorrectly? or is it actually playing correctly at say 24 bits & being displayed incorrectly?

So if it says 16 it’s 16 not the 24 someone is paying for… Any idea how long this will take to fix?
