I deleted your image as it contained your email address and this is a public forum.
But with that being said are you sure you are trying to login with the same correct email address as has the sublime subscription?
And if so have you tried all the usual shenanigans of rebooting the Roon Server etc?
Yes. It is strange. Roon stopped playing a Qobuz playlist in the middle of the playlist and when I investigated I got the message that I need to upgrade my Qobuz subscription. Checked my Qobuz subscription and it’s fine. Tried re-logging into my Qobuz account in Roon and got the same message. Rebooted my Nucleus + and same message.
The issue is resolved. Although then Qobuz website said I had a membership that was active the Qobuz app want recognizing that membership so re-signed up for a membership with the app and now everything is working. Strange but obviously a quirk on Qobuz’ side.
